At Thirsty Earth, we want you to love your sustainable fashion finds, but if a piece isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original eco-friendly tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original biodegradable packaging and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
